1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Grumpy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Grumpy is an AI-powered error tracking platform that intercepts application errors, analyzes them using AI, and delivers contextual alerts to Slack and Discord.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials and API keys.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate registration information.

4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

You provide your own OpenAI API key. You are solely responsible for any OpenAI charges. We never markup AI costs.

5. Pricing & The 30-Day Streak

• Subscriptions billed monthly at listed rates.
• First month free on all plans (no credit card required).
• 30 consecutive days with zero unhandled exceptions = next billing cycle waived. Tracked automatically.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Transmit malicious code or abuse the ingestion API.
• Reverse-engineer or extract the source code.
• Share credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your code and error data. We process data solely to provide the Service and never sell it.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Grumpy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Data retained 30 days before deletion unless immediate deletion requested.
